On Sunday, September 2, 2018 at the Annual Grape Stomp and Harvest Festival, Mackinaw Valley Vineyard will host wine tasting all day, food by The Catering Company and live music from The Shake for fun ‘stomping’.  Sunset Lake Vineyards is also pleased to share their beautiful surroundings, with live music every Friday and Saturday.  Their warm and inviting atmosphere is perfect for gatherings with family and friends.

Come Cruise-In at the Mansion on September 8, 2018 from 10am – 2pm.  All sorts of vehicles will be at the David Davis Mansion, including antiques, classics, trucks and motorcycles.  The David Davis Mansion will also be available to tour; while attendees can enjoy concessions and music.

The autumn season is known to be a runner’s favorite time of year.  We have an event that demonstrates this intense love of running, the Evergreen Lake Ultra MarathonTrail Race.  It will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 @ 6:30am at Colmara Park.  This race venue is one of the more diverse trail ultras in Illinois; as a 15.5 mile loop which consists of a wooded track, open prairie paths and scenic views of Evergreen Lake.
